This hotel is located in a convenient area close to many attractions like hot springs, parks, and downtown centers. the family room provided a cozy atmosphere with modern design and a large, relaxing hot spring tub. the hotel offers great facilities such as children's play areas, arcades, and public hot springs.
The hotel could improve on their response time to maintenance problems to avoid any inconvenience to guests.

The location near downtown was great for finding food and exploring the area. The hot springs were also a fun and unique experience, especially the kids play area in the shared hot spring area. Additionally, the games room was a hit with both the kids and adults.
The breakfast was not up to par. When we went a bit later, the food seemed to have been sitting out for a while, with the pancakes being rock hard. Although there was a good variety, it was disappointing to not be able to enjoy the food. while the location and hot springs were enjoyable, the lack of a decent breakfast was a major letdown.

We loved the convenient location, just a short drive away from the downtown area. The public hot springs facilities were a hit with the kids, especially the kids playground slide in a shallow hot springs pool. The hotel's play room with PS4 racing seats, switch, and games kept the kids entertained. The family room was comfortable and the bathtub was huge, allowing the whole family to enjoy the hot spring together. We appreciated the baby-friendly restaurant with all the kids utensils easily accessible.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great choice! the hot spring facilities were amazing, with a fun kids play area and modern games room for adults. the location was perfect too, with easy access to downtown and public hot springs with a kids playground slide. the breakfast and afternoon snacks were delicious, with lots of variety.

Spacious, comfortable room with private hot spring bath. Baby-friendly restaurant with kids utensils. Fun kids play area and games room. Great location near downtown Jiaoxi. Delicious buffet breakfast. Free facilities in gaming room.
